GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL GUARANTEE

1.   The dog's new home will be comfortable, and he will be treated as a member of the family.

2.   Dog will be under control of the new Owner at all times.  He will not be allowed to roam the neighborhood unless he is on a leash.  He will not be permitted to raid neighborhood trashcans, chase cars, or get into other mischief.

3.   This dog is NOT a yard ornament.  He will NOT be placed within the confines of a fence and ignored, except when fed.  Bored dogs (like children) are a nuisance to their owner and the neighborhood in which they live, as they tend to bark for attention.  Highly intelligent dogs which become bored may also be destructive.

4.   Said dog will be vaccinated for rabies, distemper and parvo in accordance with AVMA recommendations.

5.   Said dog will be kept on heartworm preventative at all times.  He will also be kept free of fleas, ticks and other parasites.
