Camelot German Shepherds Deposit Receipt We accept deposits on each litter to a maximum of how many puppies the female has previously had. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cannot meet your needs (i.e.,you want a female and we only have males or we do not have enough total puppies) . We give you the choice of your deposit being returned or you can rotate to the next litter. If we have to move you to another litter you will take precedence over someone else on that litters wait list. We make every effort to keep this as fair as possible. If your circumstances change and they require you to move to another litter, we allow you to do so to a maximum of 2 times, we ask that after that you understand we will provide you with a puppy out of our next available litter that does not have a full wait list. We ask that you contact us well in advance to let us be able to work with you in choosing the correct litter for you as well as a wait list that is not currently full. We cannot guarantee you a color, if you want to choose by color, we ask that you allow us to rotate your deposit to another litter. It is very difficult to determine colors before the puppies are born. There are exceptions to this in that we do know which females produce certain colors. We will make every effort to place you on the correct wait list. This will be handled on a case by case basis. We do not refund deposits because you change your mind since we hold a spot for you and it keeps us from selling to someone else. We thank you for your understanding in the deposit process; we go to great lengths to make this as easy as possible. Please be sure you are committed to this process before placing a deposit.
