Sequoyah Animal Hospital

 Dr. Sherle Thompson is our veterinarian, she is located at Sequoyah Animal Hospital.  She is an exemplary veterinarian. Always willing to help us, any time day or night, and believe me there have been many night time calls.  Her staff is impeccable. They are thoughtful, courteous and go above and beyond the call of duty to help.

I worked with Dr. Thompson for a period of time as her large animal technician, this is where I began to appreciate her skills and dedication.  We were very excited when she opened her practice in Soddy Daisy which is a little closer to home. 

We appreciate the fact that she stays up to date on all new medications and procedures. We recommend her to all of our local puppy/dog owners.  

Dr. Thompson graduated from Auburn University in 1997 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, she is the co-owner of both South Rhea Animal Hospital as well as Sequoyah Animal Hospital which she now calls her home.  When she is not at work she enjoys gardening/yard work, home improvements and raising German Shepherds.  She also tries to get some time in throughout the year for horseback riding. She has 3 horses and tries to squeeze in some riding in any of her "spare time".
